Equibase Equibase Company LLC is a general partnership of subsidiaries of the Thoroughbred Racing Associations of North America and The Jockey Club. The company was formed in 1991 to provide the Thoroughbred racetracks of North America with a uniform, industry-owned database of racing information and statistics. Through its website, upgraded mobile platform and mobile applications, Equibase offers a comprehensive menu of handicapping products, statistical information and video race replays in support of the North American Thoroughbred racing industry.

Trackmaster TrackMaster is a wholly owned subsidiary of Equibase and a leading provider of electronic data to high-end handicappers. It is the only company to provide a complete line of handicapping products for the three major racing breeds — Thoroughbred, American Quarter Horse and Standardbred.

The Grayson Foundation Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation is traditionally the nation's leading source of equine research funding. The projects it supports enhance the health and safety of horses of all breeds. Since 1983, Grayson-Jockey Club has individually provided more than $20.9 million to fund 310 projects at 41 universities in North America and overseas.
The Jockey Club Safety Net Foundation The Jockey Club Safety Net Foundation is a charitable trust created to provide financial relief to needy members of the Thoroughbred industry and their families. Since 1985, the foundation has helped over 1,000 individuals and their families with more than $14 million in support.
